Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page (such as for pre-orders or limited releases).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. We’ll always communicate delays if they occur.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Pre-Orders & Launch Products

For products listed as pre-order, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the listed shipping timeframe. Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping method selected.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at tyler@hype-now.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

Option B – International shipping:
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
